At Air Systems Services, we provide HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical services throughout Northern Minnesota. We're a locally owned business that takes pride in our work, our customers, and the team behind it all.
We're looking for an Administrative Coordinator who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, helping customers, and keeping a busy office running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing:
•Coordinating schedules and communicating with customers and technicians
•Managing customer inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups
•Assisting with invoicing, job documentation, and office operations
•Tracking details and helping ensure jobs move smoothly from start to finish
•Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative responsibilities
•Helping improve office processes as our company continues to grow
What We're Looking For:
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Excellent communication and customer service skills
•Someone who takes initiative and follows through
•Confidence using computers and learning new software
•Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
•A positive, team-oriented attitude
Experience in office administration, scheduling, or customer service is preferred. HVAC or electrical industry experience is a plus, but not required.
