True Blue Roofing has been right here serving Springfield-area homeowners, and we’ll still be here when the trucks from out of town move on.

Local roofers. Straight answers. No pressure.

"We've been here the whole time."

It's more than something you'll see on a True Blue truck.

Glenn explains what that line means, where True Blue came from and the experience behind the name.

The name may be newer. The people, relationships and years of roofing experience behind it aren't.

A small roofing issue in October can look a lot different after months of cold, wind and moisture.

That doesn’t mean every problem needs a new roof.

Sometimes a repair is exactly what makes sense.

The important part is finding the issue early and knowing what you’re actually dealing with.

The job being finished shouldn't mean the relationship is finished.

If you put your name on the work, you should be willing to stand behind it.

That's a big part of how Glenn and the True Blue Roofing team approach every job. Do good work, take care of the homeowner and be there if something needs attention afterward.

Simple as that.

Before colder weather settles in, fall is a good time to make sure your roof is doing what it should.

Loose shingles, damaged flashing, worn sealant and small problem areas are easier to deal with before winter weather gets involved.

A roof inspection now can help you understand what needs attention and what can simply be watched.

Hiring someone to work on your home requires trust.

For Glenn, a good homeowner-contractor relationship starts with communication, honesty and making sure you understand what's happening with your roof.

You shouldn't feel left in the dark about the work being done on your own home.

You shouldn’t have to take someone’s word for what’s happening on your roof.

That’s why inspection photos matter.

We want homeowners to be able to see what we found, understand what it means and know why we’re recommending a repair, replacement or no action at all.

Clear information makes for better decisions.

How long has True Blue Roofing been around?

Longer than you might think.

The name may be newer, but the people and experience behind it aren't. Glenn shares a little of the story behind True Blue and why "We've been here the whole time" means more than just a line on the truck.

Your roof gets the water off the house.

Your gutters have to take it from there.

When leaves and debris start piling up, water can back up or spill where it shouldn’t.

Keeping gutters clear is one of the simplest fall maintenance jobs homeowners can do to help protect the roofline and exterior of the house.

A roof inspection is more than looking for missing shingles.

We're looking at the condition of the shingles, flashing, vents, penetrations, gutters and the areas where problems tend to show up first.

Then we document what we see.

Sometimes we find something that needs attention. Sometimes we don't.

Either way, you should know what's actually happening up there before making a decision.
