If you could build an ADU on your property, how would you use it?

Many people think of ADUs as rental units, but they can be so much more.

This recently completed ADU in Phoenix, Arizona was designed as a place for family to gather. As the kids grow up, they’ll have a dedicated space to hang out, host movie nights, play games, and make memories together for years to come.

One of our favorite things about ADUs is how versatile they can be—whether it’s for family, guests, hobbies, a home office, or additional income.
