I love it when a clients humor matches my own.

Here's our computer systems "Dispatch Notification" text to our client.

Let me explain what that means. I'm my service van or truck, when I am wrapping up a job and hit "dispatch" on the computer, our system sends out a dispatch notification text to our client to let them know I am on my way. This notification text includes a photo of me and a small biography, also including a link so they can see where I am and track me in real-time to their home.

She's a teacher and she showed her students who's humor must have matched mine as well. This reply from the client made me laugh out loud and seriously made my day.

Friday funny. It's always a good day when a client sees our trucks in the wild. Even better when they give us quality joke material. 😆 Thanks Nick Jolma for the laugh of the week.

Poor Princess Leia.

Got to work today and the low battery chirp was going off. She's a mess now.

Goodness. She would have never survived a 100 years ago hunting her own food and being hunted.

It's a sad day. We've done all we can.

No one tells a pumper that there'll be days like this.

This septic tank was born in 1972. Gave a great life of service.

We held a moment of silence. Shared storries of family meals being flushed and someone's not chewing their corn very well.

But we pumped this tank for the last time and we have to realize. We'll never be back.

Tank is being decommissioned and house is hooking up to city sewer.

Remember to hug your pumper. We have bad days too.

Nobody told me there'd be days like this. Youngling (Matthew) learning that bad digs do exist. He got authorization for additional help and his fellow co-workers came to the rescue to help him get this tank open. This lid was 800 lbs and took 3 guys to get it open. We got it done. :)
