A sneak peek of Compass Headquarters exterior.

Originally built in the early 1970s, this building has been a staple of the Battle Ground community for over 50 years. Now in 2026, we are honored to call it home and give it an elevated look.

• A raised roofline (+2 ft), giving the building a stronger presence
• All-new windows and doors, to welcome in an abundance of natural light
• A refreshed exterior look
• New sidewalk

And we’re not done yet! Vibrant planters, striping, and a building sign are still to come, putting the finishing touches on a complete exterior transformation.

Get to know Matt!

Matt is our Estimator and Project Manager here at Compass Contractors. If you’ve ever met him, you already know he’s the kind of person who makes everyone around him feel welcome.

What drives him? Meeting new people and building real relationships. He shows up every day wanting the whole Compass team to feel fired up and excited about what we’re building together.

Outside of work, Matt is a husband, a dad to 8, a grandpa to 2. He also enjoys playing pickleball in his free time.

Transformation of what was once a 564sf open shop connected to an existing office.

We replaced the barn door with a more practical opening to enhance the space. The interior has been revamped, transforming the open area into four new offices, complete with fresh paint, trim, carpet, tile, and mini-split air conditioning units to support the growth of this business.
