Here's a shot of a project for R&H Construction !

Our scope here is the wood framing and structural steel, including all our hoisting. The crane on this one is a rental from ROCKY MOUNTAIN CRANE & EQUIPMENT RENTAL, to provide the vertical clearance needed over a very tall Doug Fir.

Barbur Apartments - Going vertical!

The last portion of slab was poured last week, and MSC has the baton on critical path for the next several months. Let's see what the Barbur team can do!

Things have been slow for a long time! Wouldn't you say its about time for a change?

Nearly half of firms have worked on projects that have characteristics of resilient design over the past five years.

Another medical structural TI is kicking off in Portland! This will be an orthopedic clinic. This GC was able to get us in for a constructability visit a little early, once demo was done but before the construction contract was issued.

Accordingly, the handful of minor conflicts also is on a path to early resolution!

- Fire sprinkler support clamps obstructing bottom chord reinforcement detail
- Truss to be reinforced coated in fire protectant
- Additonal existing structural members from prior retrofit, not shown on current plans

We love these projects and the GC's we get to work with on them.

Phase 2 of the Meadow Park Elementary School seismic and structural upgrade is well under way!

AC Hotel McMinnville is just about topped out! The last steel roof beams are getting set currently, and our crew is starting to shift to the next projects.

The Lighthouse Village and Lincoln County Clinic are dried in. As the tourist stream is getting thicker on Hwy 101, MSC is glad to have this one at 100%!

Housing Authority of Lincoln County and the O'Brien team have been a pleasure.

Apartment project in Portland with extremely tight access, limited staging, and no parking. Framing starts in the next couple weeks on the first sector.
We're looking forward to being part of the solution while this goes vertical!
