Some of the most important work happens quietly, right here at this desk. Planning the next step, working through challenges, and making sure we follow through for the people who trust us.😉

Building CTI has reminded me that progress rarely happens all at once. It comes from showing up each day, paying attention to the details, and surrounding yourself with people who care about the work as much as you do.💪❤️

There’s always more to do, but I’m proud of how far we’ve come and grateful for the team and customers who make it possible. 💯

Walk into CTI, and this is the guy you’ll see first! He holds things down behind the desk and helps get you pointed in the right direction. Of course, I stop by to give him a hard time every now and then. 😂

Good people keep this place going, and I’m glad to have them on our team.

Just having a moment with my buddy Dave. 😂

I’ve actually had the chance to meet Dave Lennox before, and we’ve become friends over the years, so of course we had to keep him around the office… cardboard version and all.

I’ll admit, he’s scared more than a few people when they turn the corner and aren’t expecting somebody standing there. 😬

We’ve worked with Lennox products for years, so I guess you could say my buddy Dave is still keeping an eye on things around here.😉

We're grateful to be part of this great community. So many people give of their time and talents to build a better place for each of us to live, work, and play.

Being involved in our community has always meant a lot to us, and we're grateful for the time we’ve been able to give back over the years.

10 years of board service with Endeavor Charter Academy through Grand Valley State University.

This one has a special place on the CTI shelf.🏆

I always enjoy getting out, connecting with people, and representing CTI Mechanical in our community. ☺️

For me, it’s not just about talking HVAC…it’s about building relationships, supporting other local businesses, and making sure people know who we are and what we stand for.

Showing up and staying involved has always been important to me, and I’m grateful for every opportunity to connect with our community.

A little behind the scenes from my office. 🗂️

A lot of what goes into CTI happens right here…phone calls, paperwork, scheduling, emails, decisions, and probably a few things all happening at the same time. 😂

Some days are definitely busier than others, but I truly love what I do. I love our customers, our team, and being able to help keep everything moving behind the scenes.

Running a business takes a lot of work, but when you care about what you’re building, it makes the long days worth it.

Back in July, I attended a Battle Creek AMBUCS meeting where Brigadier General Secrist gave a presentation about The Wall That Heals and its visit to Southwest Michigan. I’m pictured here with Brigadier General Secrist and Nola Batch. ❤️🤍💙

From the motorcycles to everyone who helped spread the word and support the event, it was incredible to see our community come together to honor the service and sacrifice of Vietnam veterans and their families. 🇺🇸

At CTI Mechanical, we believe being part of the community means showing up for the moments that matter. I’m grateful to have been a small part of this meaningful experience.

You know you’re making your way around town when friends start sending you CTI truck sightings! 😂🚛

Every time you see one of our trucks on the road, there’s a member of our team heading out to help someone in our community. We never take that support or the trust behind every service call for granted.

See a CTI truck? Snap a picture and send it our way!

*Just make sure you’re not driving!*💚🧡

Forget checking the thermostat… Tina’s got two brand-new reasons to smile today! 🐐🐐💚

These little ones were born yesterday, and of course Tina had to get some baby goat snuggles in. Around here, we know a thing or two about keeping everyone comfortable. Whether you’ve got two legs or four. 😂

We love getting to share a little bit of life outside of HVAC with you, too!

Help us welcome these two little cuties! 🥹👇 What would YOU name them?

Good work deserves good people and a little time to enjoy it together. 😌🤙

At CTI Mechanical, we’re proud of the team we’re building. These are the guys who show up, work hard, learn together, help each other out, and still know how to have a good time when the workday is done.

This fishing trip was a chance to trade the tools for fishing poles, enjoy some time on the water, and appreciate the people behind CTI.

And as we continue to grow, we’re always looking for hardworking people who want to be part of a team, not just clock in for a job.

Think you’d fit in with the CTI crew? DM us! 👊
