Construction is underway on the second ground-up location we've built for Hood Dental Care, helping expand access to quality dental care in Ascension Parish. We look forward to seeing this new location take shape in the months ahead.

Our first annual leadership retreat is officially in the books.

Our leadership team recently gathered at Covey Rise Lodge for two days of planning, collaboration and conversations about the future of Centurion. It was a productive retreat and a great opportunity to strengthen our team, both in the meeting room and on the sporting clays course.

We're proud to have our Principal, Chad Guzzardo, represent Centurion at the kickoff retreat for the American Academy of Entrepreneurs, hosted in partnership with Louisiana Economic Development and the Edward Lowe Foundation. We appreciate the opportunity to be part of programs that support leadership and business growth across Louisiana.

Louisiana meets Big Rock Valley! This week 12 entrepreneurs from the Pelican State attended a kickoff retreat for the American Academy of Entrepreneurs, hosted in partnership with Louisiana Economic Development (LED). This program pairs entrepreneurs for six months, allowing them to process business challenges and share experiences.

Participants included Andrew Mauldin of Boogie Booth, Chad Guzzardo of Centurion Construction Management, Hailey Melancon of Atlas Feed Mill, Chris Smith of Lafeyette Marble & Granite, Jennifer Lingo of Loumis Air, Kyle Kent of Kent Design Build, Jerry Hebert of Extermatrim Exterminating, James Mendez of Arete Partners, Katie Boudloche of Aurora Behavior Analysis, Michelle Craig of Transcendent Law Group, Krystal Allen of K. Allen Consulting and Ben Johnson of Techneaux Technology Services.

We’d also like to thank our partner representatives, Maddie Duplantis and Tatiana Bruce of LED, as well as Tom Martin, our Entrepreneur Emeritus for this program!

Our Q2 Centurion Connect brought the team together for an afternoon at Court To Table filled with great conversation, a little friendly competition and time to celebrate a well-earned milestone. 🎉

During the event, we recognized Mike McCleary on his promotion from Assistant Superintendent to Superintendent. Congratulations, Mike! We're excited to see you continue to grow in your new role.

Happy 1-year anniversary, Clayton! 🎉

What started as an internship while earning his Construction Management degree from LSU has grown into a full-time role as Assistant Superintendent. Over the past year, Clayton has continued building on his field experience, helping support project coordination and jobsite operations while bringing a strong work ethic and commitment to learning every day.

We're grateful to have Clayton on the team and look forward to seeing all he accomplishes in the years ahead. Congratulations on your first anniversary with Centurion!
