Our GC group is hard at work delivering turnkey solutions!

This project is a great example of what PALA brings to the table as a true turnkey contractor showcasing our civil, structural steel and piping fabrication & installation, ASME vessel fabrication, and equipment setting capabilities.

All ASME equipment was fabricated in-house at our Hammond, LA facility, while our GC group handled the rest in the field.

With over 90% of the scope self-performed, PALA gives our clients a single-source solution from fabrication through installation.

We are proud to announce the promotion of Stephen Fertitta to Vice President of Strategic Growth at PALA.

Stephen has previously served PALA as a Project Estimator and Project Manager and most recently our Director of Strategic Growth. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a proven ability to drive market expansion, build strong client relationships, leadership intercompany initiatives and create opportunities that strengthen our business and our employee-owners.

In his new expanded role, Stephen will lead PALA's Business Development, Marketing, and Regional Growth initiatives, focusing on expanding our presence in key markets, strengthening strategic partnerships, and positioning PALA for continued long-term success.

PALA was proud to have participated in the Alliance Safety Council's first annual CANstruction event, where creativity met community impact.

Our employee owners built a storage tank entirely from canned goods, a tribute to the work we do every day, and we're honored to have taken home First Place for Best CANstruction!

Every can from the event will be donated to the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank, helping provide meals to families in our community.

Thank you to the Alliance Safety Council for hosting such a meaningful event. We are already looking forward to next year!
