It was a busy week for PALA last week as our team attended several great events throughout the Baton Rouge community!

We kicked things off at the Fall ICC Membership Breakfast, where PALA President & COO Adam Landry had the opportunity to deliver the safety moment.

Next, we attended the Baton Rouge Business Report's 2026 Best Places to Work and Top 100 Private Companies in the Capital Region event, celebrating the businesses and people driving our region forward.

We also enjoyed supporting Kim Mulkey and LSU Women's Basketball at a special event!

We are seeking reliable, motivated Tank Foremen to join our team for long-term industrial tank maintenance work.
Qualifications:
Ability to lead and coordinate field crews
Knowledge of tank repairs and industrial construction practices
Experience with API 653 tank maintenance and repairs preferred
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity
Welding experience strongly preferred

We are willing to train the right candidate on our procedures, documentation, and specific job requirements.

We are looking for experienced Tank Welders for long-term industrial maintenance work in the Baton Rouge area.
Requirements:
Stick welding (6010/7018) required
All-position welding experience
Flux core experience is a plus
Experience with industrial tank welding, fabrication, or repairs preferred
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Schedule: 4–7 days per week, 10-hour shifts
