That’s a wrap on a busy summer for our interns! 👏

Aidan Hammond, Danielle Burgos, Julio Martinez and Kevin Crow spent the summer working alongside every crew, gaining hands-on experience and learning countless lessons along the way. To close out the session, each intern presented on their experience and what they learned during their time with R.J. Daigle & Sons.

We’re excited that their time with us isn’t ending here. All four have decided to stay on as project support during the semester, working alongside our project managers and department managers.

We appreciate the work they put in this summer and look forward to having them continue as part of the team.

Paving operations continue on Perkins Road, with our team completing work across more than eight roads as part of the project.

So far, the work includes more than 78,000 square yards of milling, 10,000 tons of paving, 900 tons of patching and more than 160 handicap ramps. Our crews are handling patching, milling, overlays and ramp improvements, with striping to be installed on Perkins Road and Hundred Oaks.
