When transforming Baton Rouge's former Spanish Moon into the new TILT office, original elements were given new purpose. The upstairs bar remains a gathering space, recovered stained glass now anchors a conference room, and exposed brick and timber carry the character of the original building throughout the office.

Not every luxury retail project starts with a blank slate.

For Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry at The Quarry, we reimagined a former restaurant into a refined shopping experience featuring soaring ceilings, custom architectural details, and spaces designed to make every visit feel special.

From above, it's easy to appreciate the scale of WM at the River - a 298-unit affordable senior housing community in Daytona Beach that underwent a complete renovation last year.

Our team reimagined every apartment, upgraded critical building systems, refreshed the exterior, and introduced new amenities, making the community safer, more beautiful, and better equipped to support aging in place.

Our design for the new Clifford Gardiner International Airport on the island of North Caicos draws inspiration from aviation itself, using a long, linear form to maximize both land-side and air-side functionality while supporting passenger movement. Expansive views of Flamingo Pond will help connect travelers to the island's unique landscape from the moment they arrive.

This World Health Day, we’re proud to design affordable housing communities that support everyday health and well-being.

Our renovation of Fairmont Tower in Shreveport transformed a 12-story historic high-rise, thoughtfully rehabilitating 254 units to support safer, healthier living - from improved systems to energy-efficient design.

Affordable housing design isn’t just about how a space looks. It’s about how it serves a community - creating better, long-term outcomes for the people who call it home.
