We were honored to play a small part in bringing this beautiful new campus landmark to life.

Doyle Electric was proud to donate the electrical work and lighting for the new Mission Cross at Catholic High School. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support a project that will stand on campus for generations and serve as a reminder of the mission and legacy of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart.

Congratulations to Catholic High and the Class of 1977 on a special dedication. Go Bears!

Last week we celebrated Orientation and Signing Day with the inaugural class of the Doyle Electric Registered Apprenticeship Program. Tonight, they officially begin class.

This program has been years in the making, and we’re excited to see this first group take the next step in their careers.

They’ll learn in the classroom, train with experienced people in the field, and use new tools like our VR training lab—all while working toward becoming highly skilled electricians.

We’re proud of these apprentices for making the commitment and thankful for everyone at Doyle who is investing their time and experience in the next generation.

35 of Doyle Electric’s leaders spent today in a WorkSmart Workshop with FMI Consulting, kicking off our Operational Excellence initiative. Field and office, all in one room — 800+ years of combined construction experience.

This is the start of a 12-month push to sharpen how we plan, communicate, and execute across every project.

We took a little time away from the jobsite and office today to get the Doyle Electric team together at Main Event.

We spent some time looking back at what we’ve accomplished over the past 12 months, talking about where we’re headed, and recognizing the people who make it all possible.

A lot has changed over the past year. We’ve grown, taken on new challenges and continued investing in our people and our future.

But the most important part hasn’t changed. It’s the people in these pictures.

We finished the day with some food, bowling, games and a little friendly competition. Not a bad way to spend a Friday!

We’re grateful for the people who make Doyle Electric what it is today and excited about what we’re building together.

Doyle Electric started 48 years ago today with a small shop off Mission Drive, a couple of employees, and no customers.

We wouldn’t be where we are today without a lot of great people over the years—our employees, our customers, and the vendors and partners who have trusted and supported us along the way.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey. We don’t take it for granted and look forward to many more years of continuing to maximize our potential—as individuals, as a company, and in our community.
