The place brings us together. The people make us who we are. The purpose drives everything we do.

At Sigma, it’s about more than the work. It’s about the people behind it and the purpose that keeps us moving forward.

Important work isn’t always the most visible.

Behind every successful project are countless details, decisions and hours of engineering that often go unnoticed. At Sigma, we know it’s the work behind the scenes that keeps everything moving forward.

Because the details you don’t see make all the difference.

What does Sigma do best?

We went straight to the people who know us best: our employees.

From the people to the culture and everything in between, hear what our team believe sets Sigma apart.

At Sigma, learning goes beyond your own discipline! ⚡

One of our latest internal trainings focused on Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), giving employees a closer look at the systems and technologies our E&I team works with every day.

Some of the topics included:

👷‍♂️ Electrical distribution
👷‍♂️ Motor controls
👷‍♂️ Process measurements
👷‍♂️ Control systems
👷‍♂️ Instrumentation

The session offered valuable insight into the role E&I plays in the projects we deliver.

Led by one of our own team members, Michael, the training was another opportunity to share knowledge across disciplines, better understand how our work connects, and continue learning from the expertise within Sigma.
