A beautiful home should do more than make a great first impression. It should make everyday life easier.

The best custom homes are designed around the people who live in them, with thoughtful spaces, smart storage and a layout that works with your routines.

Football season in the South means Saturdays are spoken for.

A big kitchen for the game day spread, plenty of seating for friends and family, and an outdoor space that keeps everyone close to the action. When you build custom, you can build around the traditions you look forward to all year.

Right now, it’s dirt, equipment and a lot of hard work. But we know what’s coming.

Saturday mornings on the porch. Kids playing down the street. Neighbors becoming friends. Families putting down roots.

We’re not just developing Majestic Oaks. We’re creating the place where life will happen.
