Our new West Feliciana office will allow us to build stronger relationships in the community and dedicate more of our resources to the local community.

Baton Rouge-based contractor Dynamic Group has opened a new office in downtown St. Francisville.

Today, Dynamic Group officially opened our new office in downtown St. Francisville.

The office will serve as our local base for Dynamic’s data center work in the area and for public projects across West Feliciana and the surrounding parishes.

For us, being local means more than having an office. It means hiring residents, working with local subcontractors and vendors, and keeping more project dollars in the communities where we build.

We were glad to celebrate today with local leaders, our team, and many of the subcontractors and vendors from West Feliciana and the surrounding area who are already working alongside us.

As infrastructure investments continue across the region, we look forward to helping build the infrastructure and facilities that will support the region’s future.

We are proud to be here and proud to be investing in this community.

When Hurricane Helene made landfall 2 years ago and raged through communities in North Carolina, more than houses were destroyed. Places where families gathered and celebrated all of life's moments were taken away.

In just 75 days, our team constructed this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home for a North Carolina family who lost theirs to Helene.

Through our team’s dedication to quick recovery, the Guinns and other families across North Carolina are able to return to their lives and create new lifelong memories.

It was great to meet with North Carolina Governor Josh Stein earlier this week when he and First Lady Anna Stein visited a couple in Yancey County to deliver the keys to their new home.

Two years since the storm, there is still much work to do. Roads, homes, water systems, and small businesses are still being rebuilt, and families across the mountains are still finding their way back to normal.

We're thankful to be working with North Carolina's Renew NC program to build homes across western North Carolina. Recovery of this scale takes everyone working together, and we're grateful to be doing our part.

Two years after Hurricane Helene, Elk Park Mayor Connie Guinn has the keys to her rebuilt home. After mud and debris left her house of over 30 years uninhabitable, she and her husband Tommy are finally heading back to the mountain ridge they call home.

Her story is a reminder that recovery in western North Carolina remains a priority. The Dynamic team has been honored to be part of bringing the Guinns and more families to their new homes.

Dynamic is proud that out CEO, Zach Butterworth, was invited by Professor Jeffrey Sonnenfeld at Yale to speak about artificial intelligence and data centers. The session was part of the Yale Global Executive Leadership Program, in front of a room of chief executives from across the country.

His point was a simple one. A one-gigawatt site peaks at 1,500 to 2,000 workers, plus millions in concrete, trucking, and equipment. On our projects, we hire and buy locally, which builds real support for the work and is more cost-effective.
