👋 MEET STEVEN EDMONSON 👋

For those who don't know me, my name is Steven Edmonson. I was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and while life has taken me to places like Michigan and Upstate New York, Louisiana has always been home. There is something special about the people, culture, and community here that makes me proud to call myself a Louisianan.

Above all else, I am a proud father to two amazing daughters. They are my world, my motivation, and the reason I get up every day striving to be the best version of myself. Everything I do is driven by the desire to create a better future for them and set an example they can be proud of.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me cheering on my favorite teams or training at my local academy. I'm a diehard LSU fanatic, a lifelong Saints fan, and I proudly support the Pelicans every chance I get.

I also have a passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and kickboxing. Martial arts have taught me discipline, perseverance, accountability, and the importance of continuous improvement—lessons that carry over into every aspect of my life and career.

For the past four years, I've had the privilege of being part of the team at Empire Roofing & Exteriors. What I love most about my job is helping homeowners improve and protect one of their biggest investments—their home. Whether it's storm damage restoration, roof replacement, or exterior improvements, I genuinely enjoy helping people find solutions and delivering an experience they'll remember for years to come.

What makes Empire special to me isn't just the work we do—it's the people. We've built a culture centered around integrity, teamwork, and putting customers first. I'm incredibly proud of what we've created, and I consider my coworkers more than teammates—they're family.

👋 MEET DYLAN DALFERES 👋

For those who don't know me, my name is Dylan Dalferes. I was born and raised in Slidell, Louisiana, and I've proudly called Baton Rouge home for the last four years.

For the past six years, I've been helping homeowners through the roofing industry, and I can honestly say I've found a career that fits who I am. I've always enjoyed working with people, solving problems, and helping others find the best solution for their needs. That's exactly what I get to do every day.

What I enjoy most about roofing is building relationships with homeowners and earning their trust. Whether it's helping someone understand their options, navigating storm damage, or guiding them through a roof replacement from start to finish, I take pride in making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Seeing a homeowner happy and confident at the end of a project is what makes this job so rewarding.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with family and friends, fishing out on the boat, hitting the golf course, or watching sports. I'm a lifelong fan of the Saints, LSU Tigers, and Pelicans, and I try to make it to as many games as possible throughout the year.

👋 MEET CALEB MILEY 👋

For those who haven't had the opportunity to meet me yet, my name is Caleb Miley, and I'm proud to call Denham Springs, Louisiana home.

I am a graduate of Tallahassee State College—Go Eagles! 🦅 While studying Process Engineering, I developed a strong foundation in problem-solving, attention to detail, and finding solutions that deliver lasting results. Those skills have carried over perfectly into my career in the Roofing & Exteriors industry.

Construction has always been a part of my life. Growing up in a family with a strong construction background, I developed an appreciation for quality craftsmanship, hard work, and the importance of doing things the right way. It didn't take long for me to discover my passion for helping homeowners protect and improve one of their biggest investments—their home.

What I enjoy most about this industry is the opportunity to serve people. Whether it's helping homeowners understand their options, guiding them through the restoration process, or ensuring they receive quality workmanship, I believe communication, honesty, and dependable service make all the difference.

Outside of work, my greatest joy is spending time with my wife, our children, and our dog Cali. Family is my biggest motivation and the reason I strive to give my best every single day. When I get the chance, I also enjoy getting out for a run and staying active.

My philosophy is simple: treat every home as if it were my own. I believe that by putting people first, communicating openly, and delivering exceptional service, you can build relationships that last long after the project is complete.
