Our team used infrared thermal cameras to detect the water intrusion before it spread. On the camera, dark blue and purple colors indicate a lower surface temperature — a telltale sign of moisture where it shouldn't be. Shingle roofs are tough — but they're not indestructible.

Here are some of the most common issues we find during inspections:
