Ritter Maher Architects has officially been named as a 2026 National AEC Employer of Choice winner! This award is based on the results of a 45-factor survey of nominated firms’ employees, diving deep into what they do to inspire, encourage, and
engage with their architects, non-technical staff, and managers.

"The firms leading the AEC industry understand that an outstanding employee experience is the foundation of attracting and retaining exceptional talent," says PSMJ President Gregory Hart. "This award celebrates organizations that have built cultures where people can thrive, creating lasting value for employees, owners, and clients
alike."

At RMA, our mission is to do it better through service, which is made possible by our people. Our work events, site visits, retreats, and fun outings are designed to support and inspire our people. Because without our team, our mission to help our clients
