We are excited to be working on a project in our town of Bath, Maine. This is the original front entrance to the Patten Free Library and we are refinishing the door and the exterior facade. The door has been completely sanded/re-poly’d and the facade will get the same treatment. Shout out to for the heavy lifting assistance on removal day.

We are proud to have been a part of the restoration of the historic windows above Maine Street Design Co. in the Medanik Building. Congratulations to all parties involved in preserving Maine's beautiful history by way of its buildings.

Two Bath buildings were award winners at Maine Preservation's annual Honors Awards last night: the Morris Povich building (home of Bath Brewing Company) and Medanick building (home of Maine Street Design Co.) Congratulations to the project participants who have done such an amazing job preserving and improving these structures.

Hello all,

We’ve had a pretty good year thus far despite all that has occurred with Covid and the shut down.

I’d like to thank you for checking out my page and supporting my business of almost 20 years now. Here are some pictures of work from the last 8 months or so.

We also restore and weather strip doors of any size.

Thanks,

Here at Jung Restoration we are still working hard in our shop to keep you warm and dry in your homes all year. Here Nate is finishing a beautiful two-light window complete with weather-stripping which keeps the wind out and the heat in your homes. A fully restored window in your home or historical building is the best way to by using existing materials, not polluting the world with toxic new materials, saving you money on your heating bills, and it’s just plain gorgeous!

Greetings and I hope your Summer was great. We have been very busy in the shop and also putting together estimates for many new clients. I appreciate all the inquiries and I've been trying to keep up with it all. Please be patient, this is one of my busiest times of the year. I'm pleasantly amazed at the number of calls and e-mails the last 2-3 weeks, it's been crazy, but good. We are currently bidding on a building in Bangor, doing estimates for new clients in Camden, Wiscasset, Portland, Readfield, Newcastle, Bath, Brunswick and just today Northeast Harbor on MDI. Needless to say our work area is broad. A few notable restorations we've done in the last few years are the Bar Harbor Post Office and Mechanics Hall Building on Congress Street in Portland. Thanks for all of your support.

We are currently starting more work on the Mechanics Hall Building in Portland, ME. We restored the front facade and installed Allied Storm Windows on the Congress street side last year.
