Investing in Batesville. Investing in American Manufacturing. Investing in Our Future.

We’re proud to share another important step forward for Med-Mizer.

This week, Batesville City Council unanimously approved a five-year tax abatement to support our continued expansion—an investment expected to include about $5 million in new equipment and 73 new full-time jobs right here in Batesville, Indiana.

For us, though, this is about much more than equipment or square footage.

It’s about creating American jobs.
It’s about investing in the people who build our products every day.
It’s about strengthening our ability to manufacture and support healthcare equipment right here in the USA.
And it’s about continuing to grow in the community Med-Mizer calls home.

We’re incredibly thankful for the support of the City of Batesville, the Batesville Economic Development Commission, and our local community.

Most importantly, thank you to the Med-Mizer team. Growth like this doesn’t happen without people willing to roll up their sleeves, work hard, solve problems, and keep pushing forward.

We’ve come a long way — and we’re just getting started.

25 years later, we remember.

Today marks the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001 — a day that forever changed our country.

We remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost. We honor the first responders, firefighters, police officers, service members, healthcare professionals, and everyday Americans who answered the call to help others. And we remember the families whose lives were forever changed that day.

September 11 also reminds us of something worth holding onto — in one of our nation’s darkest moments, Americans came together. We stood beside our neighbors, supported strangers, and reminded the world what it means to be united.

At Med-Mizer, we are proud to be an American-made, veteran-founded company, and today we pause to honor those we lost and those who served.

25 years later, we will never forget.

We are currently looking for someone to join our Quality & Regulatory team, working closely with our team to ensure Med-Mizer’s processes, procedures, and quality systems remain aligned with FDA Quality Management System Regulation (QMSR) requirements.

This is an important role within our organization — helping us continue to build safe, reliable medical equipment while strengthening the processes behind everything we do.
