Tired of changing propane tanks, the solution is to hard pipe your grill to your house gas line and then you only have to worry about filling one big tank the one that runs your house. If you have natural gas, that is also something that can be done. I just have to convert the grill to natural gas.

Make sure your sump pump is working properly otherwise you will need a mop & bucket. And if you really like your dry basement give your sump pump a break or a friend . Everything needs a day off once in a while. Just make sure that when your sump pump decides to take a day off its friend (the battery back up) Will keep you from flooding
