We’ve had Kevin and MHI do a few projects for us to spruce up our house, including repairing and cleaning up an old deck, installing electrical fixtures for ceiling lights/fans, and replacing a concrete pathway to our front porch. He was very communicative, fair-priced, timely, and everything looks great!

Joists installed replacing the rotted ones, insulated the subfloor, new sub floor and luam installed! Ready to get this bathroom remodel under way!

Finalizing the siding job today amongst other things. Duke energy being on time to disconnect the wires from the house, priceless!!
Then some demo on a broken portion of the entry walkway! Pouring the concrete next! Busy day today!!
