Got caught in the storm trying to finish this one. Thank you to this customer for the patience and letting me finish on a Saturday in south Overland Park.

Their home warranty company supplied the equipment, and we were able to get everything buttoned up on this evap coil and furnace replacement. They opted to keep their AC for now so we switched them from R-22 refrigerant to TDX20 for an alternative solution. Evaporator coil is R454B ready with a metering device change. So replacing that AC in the future won’t be an issue.

When it comes to your indoor comfort you always have options. You need a company that isn't just about the sale.

New AC and evap coil after compressor failure. In a 9 year old York. It was pretty obvious when we got into it that there were some corners cut and best practices that were not followed.

Your HVAC system is the most expensive and most used appliance in your home. Installed and maintained correctly, you system will give you years of service. With an expected life span of up to 20 years, a bad install can dimish the life of your system.
