It is such a nice compliment when former clients call us to work on their home again.

Eight years ago, we painted this home. The original paint was still in great condition, but this new paint will help keep the exterior protected and well cared for. Staying ahead of maintenance is one of the best ways to protect your home over time.

We’re guilty of sharing the before and afters and skipping over everything in between.

These photos tell the story of what it took to get here. From opening up the roof and expanding the structure to framing, rough-ins, drywall, trim, cabinetry, and paint.

What was once unfinished attic space is becoming an entirely new level of the home, complete with two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchenette, rec room, and incredible lake views.

We’re not finished yet, but it’s hard to believe this was once just attic space.
