NO BAD ANGLES. When Mount Sopris is your neighbor, you design accordingly. Nearly every wall facing the mountain opens up to the view, turning the landscape into part of the home.

GROUNDWORK. Before the finishes, fixtures, and final details, there’s this part. Dirt, decisions, and a lot of work below grade that nobody sees once the house is done.

TAKING SHAPE. Not exactly move-in ready, but this is where a lot of the good stuff happens. Structure is in, proportions are becoming real, and Patrick is already thinking ten steps ahead.

A LOT OF ROCK. Patrick walking through our Missouri Heights project, where the stonework might be setting a Maley record. There’s a lot of it, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

JOB PERK. Not every construction meeting comes with a view like this. Around here, the setting is often just as memorable as the home we’re building in it.

STRUCTURE. That exposed steel beam isn’t something to hide. Left visible, it frames the kitchen, adds contrast to the softer finishes, and becomes part of the design itself.
