When Peggy noticed water coming through the ceiling of their second-floor bathroom, our tech Mike got to work tracking down the source. After inspecting the area and opening the ceiling with the homeowner’s permission, Mike discovered the issue was actually coming from a backed-up A/C condensation line that had caused water to accumulate around the unit—he removed approximately 11 gallons of water and cleared the clogged condensation line to get things flowing properly again.
