A roof leak doesn’t automatically mean your entire roof needs to be replaced.

On this recent project, the problem was isolated to a leaking roof valley, one of the most vulnerable areas of a roofing system because it handles a large amount of water runoff.

Instead of recommending a full roof replacement, we removed the shingles in the affected valley, addressed the problem area, installed new underlayment, and properly rebuilt the valley before installing new shingles to restore the area.

The result: the leak was corrected without replacing a roof that still had useful life remaining.

At Lucius Complete Home, we believe in giving homeowners an honest assessment. If your roof needs replacement, we’ll tell you.

Who installs your roof matters just as much as the materials that go on it.

Last week our roofing crew completed this roof replacement for a homeowner right here in Memphis, TN.
