Did some fence repair this week. There were a lot of big rocks in the ground! Good thing we have a jackhammer. lol The guys had a blast building it, now onto an addition we’re doing on the next house. God is Good.

Had a young lady call about installing a ceiling on her awning. Before we installed the ceiling we saw some structural issues, so of course we brought it to her attention, fixed the structural issues and then installed the plywood ceiling. Now it’s safe and it looks great! There were also a few other minor tasks she wanted like hand rails, and accent pieces installed. All in all was a great couple days, and she was a peach to work with. God is Good, and we hope everyone has a Blessed Day.

Got a call from the sweetest little old ladie’s son that her bathroom really needed some help. We found out why shortly after, when I grabbed one of the supports for her in the shower, half of the wall came down with it. That just won’t do, so we removed the tile in the shower, cut out the old backing, installed brand new Sheetrock, and FRP protective plastic paneling to make sure water never gets in the wall again. While we were at it we went ahead and installed a new ceiling vent / LED combo to replace the old retro heating bulb in the ceiling. Took us a day longer than expected (due to material shipping issues) but God gave us the strength and mind to get this precious little ladies bathroom done. We went ahead and added a couple supports outside of the bathroom so she wouldn’t have to struggle with her walker to get to the bathroom. Swipe right to see the after photos.
