Imagine having an Amazon van blow a stop sign and crash into your company's van, causing injury to your employee and totaling your company's vehicle. One year later, thankfully our employee is doing better.
Now imagine, one year later after the accident, Amazon, a billion dollar company, is still unwilling to pay for full replacement costs of our totaled vehicle, van graphics, shelving, equipment and compensation (compensation to cover the costs we have incurred to try to survive this horrible accident. We are not even looking for "pain and suffering").
Even though our employee was hurt and unable to work, we continued to pay him in full! Why? Because it's the right thing to do. Our employee has a family, bills, a life outside of work. Our employees are part of our family.
We are not a billion dollar company but will take care of our own no matter what!
Meanwhile Amazon doesn't even want to pay the current cost of new graphics for a replacement van they haven't replaced yet.
Amazon only wants to give us "replacement cost" and expect us to pay an increase in graphics cost of approximately $1500.00.
We are beyond frustrated, furious and hurt by the lack of care and compassion from Amazon.
We are trying to get the attention of Amazon!
Can anyone at Amazon help make this right?
