We are Branden and Samantha - a husband-and-wife team living in beautiful NH with our two kiddos!

Branden brings 6+ years of hands-on experience in radon mitigation, concrete repair, and waterproofing.

Samantha is the engine behind the scenes, handling everything from the website and marketing to accounting.

We believe in honest, straightforward service. Branden focuses on a practical, step-by-step approach to avoid over-engineering your system - meaning you never pay more out-of-pocket than necessary. In most cases, a standard Active Soil Depressurization (ASD) system is all a home needs!

If your home presents a unique challenge, Branden will walk you through exactly what to expect. If levels aren’t reduced below the EPA action level of 4.0 pCi/L after the initial install, we make your home a priority on our schedule for additional efforts. Branden truly loves educating homeowners and is driven by down-to-earth, small-business values.

Here's a radon mitigation system I installed this summer at a property in Tuftonboro, NH!

With all the rain across New Hampshire lately, it is the perfect time to talk about how wet weather directly impacts your indoor air quality.

Radon levels fluctuate heavily with the weather and seasons. Here is exactly why that happens:

💧The Rain Cap: When ground becomes completely saturated, heavy water weight creates a dense cap of wet soil that traps naturally rising radon gas in the earth.

💧Path of Least Resistance: Because the gas can no longer easily escape through your wet yard, it naturally travels toward the dry, unprotected dirt directly beneath your concrete foundation.

💧The Vacuum Effect: Due to the "stack effect," your house acts like a giant vacuum. It actively pulls those trapped soil gases directly up through unsealed crawlspaces, sump pump pits, and microscopic foundation cracks into your living spaces.
