Landmark Excavation a division of BWC LLC is the general contractor and excavation company on this Dorcester, NH build. They did a great job preparing the site for R.smith concrete LLC to come in and pour a nice straight foundation. Tall walls always make things more challenging but we got it done on this beautiful "summer day"! This house will be a relaxing place to return home to. It was utterly silent out on this remote lot. These are our favorite job sites!!

Edmunds & Sons LLC is the excavation company on this Meredith build. They did a really nice job preparing the site for Battaglia Foundations to come in and pour this foundation.
We first applied Mar-flex Waterproofing & Building Products 5000 waterproofing membrane and then covered it with Top Gun Board (R10 insulation, drain board and backfill protection all in one product).
This future home will have a nice warm and dry basement for years to come.
We'll be coming back soon to add Fusion UV from the top of our waterproofing to the top of the sill. This is an above grade waterproofing membrane that can withstand the sun's rays.

4B Construction inc is the general contractor on this addition in Wiltin, NH. KD Concrete Services LLC poured a really nice foundation. We also got to meet the owner of Merriam Concrete Cutting . They were over cutting the opening from the existing foundation into the new addition. Check out their work and give them a call for anything concrete cutting. They service all of NH!

We've been doing a lot of crack repair lately and don't normally take as many photos. We do love offering this service and work with a couple very reputable companies so that if it's an involved job out of our scope of work, we can make a solid referral for you. Even if we won't be doing the work, let us take a look and many times the issue can be resolved with very inexpensive methods. At the end of the day, we want you to have a dry basement.
