Visited 3 houses in a development in Maine today to do several 2 part polyurethane low pressure injections. While we didn't waterproof these originally, we can still come in and take care of any issues after the fact.
Mar-flex Waterproofing & Building Products waterproofing membrane that we utilize would bridge these cracks and prevent water from entering the basement. When looking for waterproofing companies and products, be sure to look at the materials data sheet. Pay very close attention to the "solids content percentage". This is the amount of rubber added to the liquid membrane. The higher, the better. Our product is in the low 70% range. This is what gives the membrane elasticity and tensile strength.
