Dennis Port cottage. New construction, complete.

Designed by Albert, Righter & Tittmann and built by our crew. Wide-plank oak underfoot, a white oak ceiling overhead, and a lot of careful trim work in between.

The floor protection is still down for move-in day, so consider this a preview. We’ll have a professional photographer back next year once the house is lived in and settled, and we’ll share those then.

A few details we’re happy with: the navy inset kitchen, the stone fireplace with built-ins on both sides, French doors out to the bluestone patio, and a sailboat weather vane you can see from the second floor.

Last piece of the puzzle. We have been waiting on this diamond pattern window to be restored for months.

Can’t wait to have our Wellfleet Harbor Project photographed in the near future.

Finished: a full raze and rebuild on this Hyannis cottage that leans into the Cape without overdoing it. Gray shingle siding, a blue front door, a mudroom that actually works for a family living near the water.

Inside, we kept it simple — white oak floors, a blue-gray island that anchors the kitchen, subway tile in a coastal blue for the primary bath. Nothing trend-chasing. Just details that’ll hold up and still look right in ten years.

Another one we’re proud to have our name on.

The Hyannis Cottage Reveal. 🏡

Not every great project is a grand one. This Cape Cod retreat was built quiet and intentional — the kind of craftsmanship you feel the moment you walk in.

Photos coming soon.
