UPDATE: Since so many people are calling this a scam and want the town to deal with it, we have stopped allowing donations to be made on the fundraiser anyone that did donate will be receiving their money back, we urge you to follow the Barneveld Fire Dept page for release of the Authorized fundraiser.

The Village of Barneveld Fire Dept has collapsed due to snow load, we have made a gofundme page to raise money to get the fire dept what they need to be back in action. This fire dept goes above and beyond for the community and all the surrounding communities, Sadly the smaller fire companies that are all mostly volunteer do not receive the same funding as the more prominent fire companies in the city. A lot of equipment that they need is bought with money from field days or chicken bbq sales to bolster the lack of state funding. Let's all come together as a community to get the Fire hall rebuilt so they can continue to protect our families. Please donate, and if not money extra hands will always help!
