Reeder & Sons Contracting isn’t just a business name- it’s a legacy.

Dillon’s dad started in masonry and taught his sons the trade from a young age. Some of Dillon’s earliest memories are working alongside his dad, learning that quality craftsmanship, integrity, and treating people right matter just as much as the finished product.

More than 20 years later, those same values are the foundation of Reeder & Sons Contracting.

Today, our two boys are already tagging along to job sites, handing Dad tools, and watching him work. They’re still little, but just like Dillon learned from his dad, we hope they’ll grow up understanding the value of hard work, honesty, and taking pride in doing things the right way.

Whether they choose construction one day or a different path entirely, our greatest goal is to pass down the same work ethic and character that built this company in the first place.

That’s what Reeder & Sons means to us. It’s more than a name- it’s a family legacy we’re proud to build, one project at a time. ❤️

Meet the man behind Reeder & Sons Contracting LLC - Dillon Reeder.

Dillon has been in construction for over 20 years, getting his start at just 13 years old working alongside his dad in masonry. What started as learning the trade from the ground up turned into a lifelong passion for building, fixing, and creating things the right way.

Over the years, he’s worked for multiple construction companies, gaining hands-on experience in everything from masonry and roofing to electrical, exterior renovations, interior remodeling, and general contracting. Every job taught him something new and helped shape the contractor he is today.

But what truly sets Dillon apart isn’t just his experience- it’s his character.

His background in law enforcement reinforced the values he already lived by: honesty, integrity, accountability, and treating people with respect. Those same values are the foundation of Reeder & Sons today.

Whether he’s working with homeowners, subcontractors, or suppliers, Dillon believes in doing what he says he’s going to do. That’s why so much of our business comes from referrals and repeat customers, and why the crews he works with enjoy being part of our projects.

This beautiful historic home in downtown Franklin had a double chimney that had separated over time and was in serious need of tuck pointing. The deteriorated mortar joints had weakened the structure to the point that the chimney was at risk of eventually toppling over if left unaddressed.

Over the course of two days, we:
✔️ Ground out all of the deteriorated mortar joints
✔️ Carefully installed new mortar throughout
✔️ Cleaned the entire chimney
✔️ Sealed around the base with caulk to help protect against future water intrusion

The transformation speaks for itself! More importantly, this chimney is now structurally sound and protected for years to come.

Dillon absolutely knocked this one out of the park, and we’re so thankful for another happy customer.
