Siskin Steel, Louisville, KY. A storage facility for a steel fabrication company. Our scope: clearing, mass earth moving, storm sewer, water quality and storage areas, cement stabilization and stone placement.

The job sat under Metropolitan Sewer District oversight. Poor existing soil meant cement stabilization and a road section built to carry heavy lift machines.

If entrances, laydown, haul routes, drainage, or utility areas are unclear now, the next month will feel it. Site work is where a lot of later project friction either gets prevented or baked in.
