The pad date, utility sequence, access plan, erosion controls, and production assumptions need to be more than meeting notes. They need to be ready for the field.

Swales, inlets, rough grading, temporary controls, and final drainage paths need to be understood early enough to protect the work already done. The goal is simple. Keep water from becoming the project manager.

Back-to-school month changes traffic, access, and working windows around public and commercial sites. That matters for excavation, hauling, utility work, and restoration.

Good site work plans around the community rhythm, not just the drawing set. Access points, truck movement, staging, and communication all need to match the reality outside the fence.
