A few days ago, the guys got started on this build, and the framing is already taking shape! 🏠🔨

Neier Construction specializes in framing and bringing the structure to life, with careful attention to detail from the foundation up.

There’s something pretty awesome about watching a vision come together, one step at a time. 🏡🔨

It’s been a HOT couple of weeks out in Carova, but the progress is definitely showing! The entire ground floor is coming together, all of the stairs are complete, and the siding crew officially started today.

These pictures really show just how much work goes into building a home from the ground up. We’re still a long way from the finished product, but it’s exciting to see it starting to look like a home!

Proud of the work being put in and excited to watch this one continue to take shape. 💪🏼🔨

🔨 This Week on the Job

From roof repairs to new construction, our crew has been hard at work keeping projects moving.

🌊 Carova New Construction
Despite flooding in Carova this week, our crew kept the project moving. Framing is complete for now, and we're waiting on the ground-floor concrete slab before starting the next phase.

🏠 Moyock Re-Roof
During this roof replacement, we uncovered extensive water damage caused by an improper installation. Our team repaired the damaged areas and worked through the weekend to help ensure this home is protected for years to come.

🏡 Barndominium Progress
We're waiting on the ceiling system to arrive. Once it's in, we'll be wrapping up framing and moving this project into the next phase.

🪟 Elizabeth City Repair Project
We'll be starting exterior window and roof repairs this week. Follow along for project updates as the work progresses.

What did Mr.Miyagi do for a living to afford hardwood decking?

Ai says he lived a modest lifestyle as a maintaince man with a bonsi tree side gig. With living alone and having a simple property he could afford the extra cost. He also more then likely did install himself...
