This week’s site visit came with a “behind the scenes” look of a foundation being poured, and a lot of concrete trucks. Nine - to be exact. Seems like we’ve got a pretty solid start on this one. No pun intended 😉

If anyone asks, this was a very important team meeting ⚾️😂 Let’s go Guards!

It all starts with a plan. The rest is what we do best! 🏚️

You might recognize this home from the recent update we shared on our Woodhaven Preserve development! 🏠 We love seeing the little details come together. Here’s a quick peek inside at some of our favorite finishes of this recently completed home!

Okay, now this is one we’re excited to see come together 👀🏡

We had the opportunity to tour The Water 9 last week, and we can already see why this new Portage Lakes development by Highmark Builders is getting attention. Lake views, golf course views, and some pretty incredible homesites.

This three-phase project will feature different housing options ranging from townhomes to estate lots. And the best part? 46 of the lots will be "Bring Your Own Builder".

We’ll be at the Lot Kickoff Event on October 22nd. If you’ve been considering one of the lots on The Water 9, we’d love to chat!

Stay tuned for more information on the kick-off event soon ☺️

Three homes. Three different stages. One quick site visit. 🏠🛠️ Let’s see what’s shaping up at Woodhaven Preserve!

We may not have been posting, but we HAVE been building 😉🏡

Here’s one of the projects that’s been keeping us busy—the final phase of our Woodhaven Preserve development!

We still have 3 homes under construction in this development. Thinking it’s time for a site visit later this week…

Should we take you along? 👀

09/25/2026

Okay…we’ll admit it.

Our jobsites aren’t the only thing that’s gotten a little dusty lately. Our social media pages could use a little cleanup, too...🫣

So, we’re shaking things up a bit! Stay tuned as we start to bring you A LOT more of what we’re up to - homes under construction, behind-the-scenes moments, finished projects, the people who build them, new developments (👀), and a little fun along the way!

And don't worry…it's still going to be us. No fancy marketing agency. Just our team, our homes, and our same casual, laid-back approach.

Consider this the dusting off...🧹🏡
