ATTENTION TENANTS

If you have a tree on your rental property that you believe needs to be trimmed or removed, please contact the KBIC Housing Office at 906-353-7117 to report the concern.

Housing staff will assess the tree to determine whether maintenance or removal is necessary. If work is scheduled on your property, your Occupancy Specialist will notify you in advance and let you know when the work will be completed. We will not send contractors to your property without prior notification.

For the safety of everyone and to comply with Housing policies and Tribal regulations, please do not arrange for or remove any trees on Housing property yourself.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and well-kept community.
