Our “custom home division” is BACK!!

As a company who is 100% referral based (no website.. what?!?) we are honored and truly blessed to be working alongside some awesome families up in the North Carolina Mountains.

We are thankful for ALL of our clients and extra thankful to God for placing us in such a magical place (that also has no cell reception ❤️)!

And yes, we know we are way behind on progress pictures.. we will eventually “get on our people on it” 😂

Full kitchen & living room.. plus 1 covered porch, 1 screened in porch, and a back deck 🙌🏼

We partnered up with our favorite architect & an awesome set of clients on this *small but mighty* custom new build.
Our client’s had a piece of land and an amazing vision that was overlooked by many… so the team got to work and found ways to maximize the buildable area (literally within inches).

This beauty is currently for sale by owner in Kannapolis.. full of charm, character, and upgrades.. AND is finally ready for someone to call it home ❤️
