Thank you to everyone who came out to attend our 2nd helicopter and 911 training today that we co-hosted with Banks Fire District 13. First and foremost, thank you to our employees, all the different logging companies, mills, safety professionals, rescue departments and everyone else that came out today with their crews. It’s collaboration like this that keep loggers informed and ready for the unthinkable. Huge thanks to Olson Brothers Logging LLC, Freres Wood, Hampton Lumber, Stimson Lumber Company, and Associated Oregon Loggers for sponsoring the lunch and to Jims Thriftway for cooking. Special thanks to our presenters from Bighorn Logging, Banks Fire Department, Life Flight Network, Astoria Police 911 Department, Hillsboro Fire & Rescue, and W.C.C.C.A. 9-1-1. SAFETY FIRST.
