New Construction Deck Project by Ivan’s Renovations!

Before, during, and after – here’s the progress on this brand-new home.

Our crew completed:
• Full installation of the deck railing
• Custom-built exterior staircase
• Clean and precise craftsmanship throughout the project

The only thing left is installing the railing on the new stairs. We’ll finish that as soon as the weather permits. (Another contractor will be pouring the concrete landing for the stairs later)

New Construction LVP Install + Subfloor Prep

Another beautiful new-construction home brought to life with a smooth, flawless LVP installation by Ivan’s Renovations LLC.

Before laying a single plank, we took the time to properly prep the entire subfloor:
•Sanded down joints and seams
•Filled dips and low areas with floor-leveling compound
•Cleaned and inspected every surface for a perfectly flat subfloor

Once the surface was ready, we installed high-quality LVP flooring throughout the home and finished it off with new baseboards for a clean, modern look.

This is the difference between “just installing flooring” and doing it right so it lasts for years.
