This homeowner recently purchased this property with a garage that had a failing back foundation wall. A.A Pennings Masonry Construction dug out the back wall for demolition and installed a foundation drainage system. We then built a new CMU wall filled with concrete and rebar tied back into existing walls, leaving a safe place for this homeowner to turn the space into an at home gym.
