Project Spotlight – Dual Fuel System Installation

Top Mechanical recently completed an 18 SEER Trane communication link installation featuring a high-efficiency dual fuel system designed for optimal home comfort and performance. Project Spotlight – Sewer Main Replacement (Industrial Customer)

Top Mechanical recently completed a full sewer main replacement for an industrial client. The original cast-iron line had inadequate pitch, leading to recurring blockages and drainage issues.
To correct the problem and restore proper flow, our team installed a lift station and replaced the entire existing sewer line, ensuring proper grade and long-term reliability.

This upgrade improves system performance, reduces maintenance concerns, and provides dependable wastewater flow moving forward
