bed bugs he emphasizes the need to wash all clothing and bedding in hot water. With mosquitoes he recommends his own home repellent (put the clothes you will be wearing around mosquitoes along with two strips of fabric softener in a dryer and run it for 10 minutes). For roaches he points out that a homemade solution of boric acid can be sprayed in all places where roaches are found, and over time it will eliminate the population.
