Outside his comfort zone? Maybe.

But if you ask the people who’ve watched Bobby go from apprentice to President, they might say otherwise.

As we mark six months since the passing of our longtime employee and friend, Wayne Doerflein, we remember the lasting impact he made on the Sessa Sheet Metal family.

Wayne was a loyal, hardworking, and highly valued member of our company. Throughout his many years with us, he was known for his dedication, dependability, sense of humor, and the pride he took in his work. His contributions—and the friendships he formed along the way—will not be forgotten.

Above all, Wayne was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and man of faith. He treasured his family, and being “PopPop” was the role that brought him the greatest joy. Wayne had a special way of making people feel welcome, often with a dad joke and a warm smile.

Our thoughts remain with Wayne’s wife, Bethany, his children, grandchildren, extended family, and everyone who loved him. We remain grateful for the years we shared with Wayne and will always remember his loyalty, friendship, and service to Sessa Sheet Metal.

Wayne, you are still deeply missed and fondly remembered.

We cleared the sidewalks once, but apparently Queen Elsa had other plans!

After the street plows ‘let it go’ onto our freshly cleared walkways, our team stepped up again. Huge kudos to them for making sure our sidewalks are ice-free and safe, even when Arendelle sends us a ‘surprise’!

Thank you to Saffran & Son’s Masonry and Concrete
