It's great to see the beginning stages of this 1800's Baltimore Carriage house int he Patterson Park area. The interior framing and roof have been removed, and the ever-important structural bracing is in. Up next, rebuilding the front wall and other brick masonry.

This basement bathroom got a complete refresh and turned to a functional bathroom built for everyday comfort. 🛁🚿

Out with the old pedestal sink, in with a sleek white shaker vanity, matte black hardware, and a stunning round mirror with modern sconce lighting. The custom sliding glass shower enclosure with built-in shelving ties the whole space together perfectly.

Every detail was thoughtfully designed to maximize this unique sloped-ceiling space — and the result speaks for itself. 🖤🚿
