Full Roof Replacement, but first...
We remove all existing shingle down to the wood decking and inspect the wood decking. If any of the wood decking is damaged or rotten remove and replace.

The wood decking must be brought up according to Ohio Revised Code.

Once that is complete, we finalize and install the new roof.
