After 7+years working for some of the fastest growing residential Baltimore real estate companies, I have decided to open up my own shop. My experience in management, leasing, permitting and construction have allowed me to form excellent relationships with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, supply chains, case workers and inspectors throughout the city. From working in and around Baltimore city

so constantly and following strategies of my many piers, I have developed a keen eye for opportune investment areas and value add projects. My main focus is project management for our many investor clients looking to get their units rent ready and section 8 ready.
