The newest addition to The Standard on Bond is under construction: Social on Bond. ☕️

We are making great progress towards completion. Finishes are starting to get installed, including drywall at specialty radius ceilings, FRP and stainless steel on back-of-house walls, and tilework! Stay tuned as we work towards the opening date in December 2026!

For Pusser's Landing, our team transformed an existing restaurant space into the relocated home of this Annapolis, MD favorite.

Here's what it took to bring it to life:
🔧 Installed new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
🪑 Delivered new floor finishes, millwork, seating, décor, and artifacts
📐 Provided full pre-construction services, including budgeting, design review, and planning

We recently finished converting a 9,000 sq ft penthouse office into 5 luxury residences.

This wasn’t just a renovation; it was a complete remodel.
✅ Our team coordinated with property management and downstairs residents on logistics for installing plumbing.
✅ All MEP systems and walls were removed and replaced to create a new layout.
✅ Residences were completed with high-end finishes, custom cabinetry, millwork, flat trim, flooring, and spectacular lighting.
