But today’s adventure brought me, Councilman John Bullock, Randi Williams, Tia Richards, and Ashley Osineme on a tour of the Blue Print Robotics facility building modular and tiny homes! Did you know that modular homes are a game-changer when it comes to providing affordable housing solutions? 🌟

Blueprint Welcomes Akshay Reddy K & Saket Bodke, Assistant Project Manager Interns!

Akshay joins us from Clemson University where he is pursuing a Master's Degree in Construction Science and Management. Currently an architectural designer in India, Akshay is eager to gain hands-on project management experience. He looks forward to expanding his knowledge of building science and how to implement the innovative technology Blueprint offers to the US market.

Saket completed his Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and is now pursuing a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University. During his internship with Blueprint, Saket’s primary objective is to gain practical experience that will enable him to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world projects. Specifically, developing strong leadership skills and gaining a deeper understanding of the construction process to pursue a career in project management.

Designed by Morris & Ritchie Associates to house visiting scientists, The Green Village at the Smithsonian Environmental Research Center (SERC) was manufactured and assembled by Blueprint with Passive & Net Zero Carbon Neutrality principles.

Blueprint Employee Spotlight with Jason Bos!

Jason recently joined Blueprint as the Vice President of Operations. He is responsible for all plant operations company-wide working closely with our plant management team to ensure production goals are met without sacrificing quality. With over 27 years of experience, he is uniquely versed in both traditional and offsite construction and design methods. This blend of experience coupled with an in-depth knowledge of architecture, engineering, building information modeling, manufacturing, and assembly aids him in bridging the gaps between all business units and stake holders.

Blueprint Chosen for The Lodge at Autumn Willow!

Blueprint has entered into a contract with The Michaels Organization for The Lodge at Autumn Willow in Fairfax County, Virginia. Designed by KTGY Architects, the project will feature 150 affordable multi-family dwelling units for the 55+ community. Blueprint’s off-site building system scope of work includes the furnish and installation of the entire rough carpentry package including exterior windows and doors, amenity space as a Mass Timber/Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) structure, and the entirety of the project’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Vallia Cilli joins the Blueprint Robotics Team!

Blueprint Robotics welcomes Vallia Cilli as Staff Accountant. In this role, Val carries out daily accounting activities geared toward support of month-end close. This consists of timely financial transactions, completion of vendor documentation, managing payments from all departments and management of employee compensation.

Vallia has experience in analysis, management, and decision-making in both corporate and public accounting. She holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from Montclair State University in New Jersey and a master's degree in mathematics and teaching from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania. Her experience and qualifications led to multiple management positions as well as leadership roles for top priority projects. To better care for her aging parents and young children, Val spent the past 10 years as a high school mathematics teacher, coach and advisor. While this career was incredibly rewarding, she missed the fast paced and exciting environment of a growing company like Blueprint Robotics.
